AUTONOMOUS is a smartwatch and smartphone-based solution that tracks activities of daily living using AI to offer communication assistance to help people living with dementia perform daily tasks independently. Developed by Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS, in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, USA and LUCA School of Arts, Belgium.

CrossSense
CrossSense, developed by Animorph Co-operative, is a wearable augmented reality cognitive aid in the form of smartglasses + app, providing audio-visual support for people with dementia to interface with their environment and help slow memory decline and improve recall. -
Theora 360
Developed by Clairvoyant Networks, Theora 360 automates fall detection utilising AI/Neural Networks to identify and predict falls, continuously gathering data via Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, providing insight into behaviours around falls when caregivers are not present, ensuring safety and independence. -
Supersense Technologies
Home monitoring system that does not use cameras or microphones and communicates practical insights allowing families and caregivers to plan timely interventions. -
MemoryAid
MemoryAid is a home assistant for people living with dementia, helping them complete daily activities independently by providing reminders and step-by-step prompts through a ringing phone. Developed by Western Sydney University, in partnership with Deakin University.
